Welcome to the Neighbourhood

We have new neighbours that are just moving in behind and over one house from us.  When we get new people in the immediate neighbourhood, I like to do a card and bring over a plant or something --- at least it's a good start - not that I want to become great friends, but a nice degree of friendliness when we are both out in our yards at the same time is always nice.  And, how often do you actually get to use a welcome to the neighbourhood stamp!?
