Viva la Vintage

I have always been a fan of the vintage look - and was quite pleased that Stampin' Up! finally started to reintroduce some vintage images.  This is another card made almost entirely with SU products I am pleased to say.  I will confess that I was somewhat fearful that they had totally lost their appeal for me.  But I think this card is just beautiful.  It will also comprise one of the cards in Sarah and Candys's sets but luckily, even though one is my daughter and one is my friend (humph) they NEVER look at my blog -- but that's another story.  I think the doily is a nice addition - thanks to inspiration from Magnolia Ink where it seems that everybody uses doilys!
Stamp & Sentiment: Stampin' Up; Punch - SU: Nestabilities circles; Embossing Folder: Sizzix; Background paper and blue cardstock: SU: White cardstock: Hammermill 100lb. and Colour by Copic!

I love the vintage feel to this card. Your copic colouring is fabulous and I love the doily for matting.

Thank you for pointing out your blog to me. I am always on the look out for new blogs to check out. You can never have too much inspiration.
