I have a friend Alexandra who is from Mumbai - and when I saw this Tilda I just had to have her so I could make a card for Alex - who is one of the most kind, generous and loving women I have ever had the honour of knowing -- So, this lovely card is for her birthday in November -- I know she'll like it because she's like that!

Swim baby, swim
My friend Susan asked me to make a birthday card for her sister, Adelle --- who loves the beach, loves the water, loves the sun --- So I picked this Whippersnapper swimming girl which I love. Colouring was fun because I got to give the girl a different skin colour --- tiring always doing beige people!
Materials: Stamp: Whippersnapper; Sentiment: SU: Background paper --- from my stash - big block - who knows! Flowers: Prima; Shells and stuff - who knows; Colour by Copic

Wanna Party?
Getting near the end of my Hallowe'en cards - thank god I don't have a larger family or circle of friends, I'd have to start in August. When I was blocking this card out and chose the bit of paper - Tonight at Club Tomb I decided it would look best as a wall poster on an old brick wall --- so I had to draw the brick wall because I didn't have a stamp! Worked out okay I think!

Sending You a Little Happy
A friend of mine got some bad news recently, and although the card won't solve her problems, it will, I hope make her feel like somebody cares at least! The black and white I liked but since I wanted to cheer her up, thought I'd better add a little colour -- hence the butterfly and the bow bling!
Materials: Stamps: Unity; DP Me & My Big Ideas; Butterfly Punch by Martha Stewart; airbrushing with Copic markers.

Horace introduces my Hallowe'en Series
There are 7 separate posts in this series --- each card features one of Kraftin' Kimmie's stamps and for the most part, except Witchy Poo below, use Stampin' Up background paper. Horace was tough to cut out, but great to colour. The background paper is part of SU's Hallowe'en paper from their holiday mini! The RIP in the corner hids a toonie, because this card is for my handsome Nicholas!

Vic the Vampire!
I love the new background papers I got from the Stampin' Up holiday mini so was glad to use them! This Vic the Vampire stamp fit in perfectly with the background paper --- which was not stamped by me --- it came like that --- lazy but fabulous! Bats galore I like - and there's a toonie under the pumpkin because this card is for my little Danny boy!

Stop Thief!
And I say this because I copied almost exactly - or as exactly as my talents would allow, from Melanie Holtz, one of Kraftin' Kimmie's brilliant design team members! Wow she's good. So, I tried to copy her, but used some different colours likely and different background paper --- I made quite a few Hallowe'en cards because I bought the stamps and now feel compelled to use them --- plus they are fun to colour!
